Insurance Operations Manager  ▼
Responsibilities
• Policy Issuance and Administration.
    -Oversee the end-to- end insurance application process for clients, including premium financing arrangements, ensuring policies are placed accurately and efficiently until fully in force.
    -Manage policy servicing activities such as endorsements, renewals, and cancellations in a timely and accurate manner.
    -Ensure proper documentation and maintain precise records of all client transactions in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Product and Marketing Support
    -Conduct research and comparative analysis of high-net- worth (HNW) insurance and related wealth planning products, including trust-related solutions.
    -Deliver product training, updates, and promotional materials to internal teams to enhance knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the insurance brokerage industry.
• Prior exposure to the high-net- worth segment, particularly in trust and wealth management business, is highly desirable.
• Strong command of Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Solid understanding of insurance products, trust structures, and HNW offerings is preferred.
• Holder of a valid Insurance Authority (IA) license; experience with linked business products will be an advantage.
KYC Officer  ▼
Responsibilities
• Client Onboarding and Due Diligence:
    -Lead the end-to-end client onboarding process, managing KYC (Know-Your-Customer) and CDD (Customer Due Diligence) requirements professionally and efficiently.
    -Conduct KYC screenings, including PEP checks and caution list reviews, and maintain accurate client records in compliance with regulatory standards.
    -Perform regular reviews and risk assessments for existing clients, ensuring ongoing compliance while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Client Servicing and Stakeholder Coordination:
    -Serve as the main point of contact for clients during onboarding and for account-related inquiries, ensuring clear communication and a positive client experience.
    -Partner with cross-border service teams and internal departments (e.g., Product, Technical, Operations) to resolve client needs in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
• Have bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in the financial services industry (Brokerage, Fund Management, Banking, or similar), with exposure to KYC, client onboarding, or operations.
• Solid understanding of financial statements; basic knowledge of trust structures is preferred. (Holder of SFC Type 1 and/or 4 license is preferred).
• Strong command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Independent, detail-minded, and client-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for a junior position.
Assistant Accountant  ▼
Responsibilities
• Accounting Business Data: Complete the reconciliation of business transactions, manage the processing of receipts and payments, and sort and archive vouchers and other accounting files in accordance with required timelines.
• Data Processing and Analysis: Proficient in Power BI, responsible for quarterly business data processing and analysis.
• Financial Assistance: Assist the finance department in completing annual financial accounts and audit tasks.
• Payment Management: Responsible for issuing and printing partial payment cheques.
• Project Support: Collaborate and support various special projects within the group.
• Miscellaneous Tasks: Handle other urgent and temporary tasks as needed.

Investment Researcher  ▼
Responsibilities
• Responsible for analyzing financial derivatives to be invested, including but not limited to underlying assets, product structures, and benchmark product returns, proactively adjusting product selection and structure to balance customer needs with the company's market strategy, and timely updating and iterating investment products.
• Provide investment strategies and risk management for ultra-high-net-worth private banking clients, offering comprehensive support to the sales team, and preparing monthly/quarterly investment reports and profit and loss reviews for clients.
• Proficient in using various functions and formulas in Excel; applicants with experience in creating databases and systematic tables will be prioritized.
• Collect and retrieve data, create databases, and compile and organize analysis reports.
Key Abilities:
• Research Ability: In-depth knowledge of capital markets and financial instruments
• Data Analysis: Understanding of financial derivatives and financial modeling, with proficiency in Excel and Python preferred; Strong ability to collect and retrieve data

Requirements

Responsibilities
• Handle customer services related to account balance enquiries, transactions and trading of securities, deposits, loan rollovers, foreign exchange, fixed income, fund, structured products, etc;
• Provide investment services to External Asset Management (EAM) clients including pre-trade checking, execution of client’s dealing instructions and preparing post trade documentation;
• Provides administrative and operational support to a trading team;
